The Chief PACHFK2 is a header/footer kit that supports the Chief PAC502 in-wall box solution. It eliminates the need to install a standard wood header and footer, giving integrators a faster, repeatable rough-in for in-wall display installations. The kit installs between three 16" center studs with the center stud removed and includes all hardware. It is intended for commercial AV in-wall installations.
Product Description
The PACHFK2 is designed to support Chief's PAC502 in-wall solution by replacing the wood header and footer that would otherwise need to be framed in. It installs easily between three 16" on-center studs with the center stud removed, and includes all the hardware needed to complete the rough-in. By providing a solid support structure, it eliminates the need to frame around the in-wall box with 2x4 studs, which reduces installation time and labor on the job. Built-in knockouts simplify electrical wiring runs into the box. It is a practical fit for conference room, commercial meeting space, and digital signage in-wall display installations.
