Product Overview
The Chief CMS060W is a 60" fixed aluminum extension column in white, used to drop a display or projector mount from the ceiling in commercial AV installations. It is threaded 1.5" NPT on both ends and provides flow-through cable management with a cable exit port. The white finish blends with light-colored ceilings, and it pairs with any Chief 1.5" NPT ceiling plate or accessory.
Product Description
The CMS060W fixed column is designed to save installation time and maximize security in ceiling-mounted display and projector drops. The aluminum extension column provides high strength while keeping installation straightforward, and flow-through cable management with a dedicated cable exit port keeps wiring concealed within the column. It consists of a 1.5" NPT column threaded on both ends, so it connects directly to Chief ceiling plates, couplers, and mounts at a fixed 60" length. It is intended for use in combination with any Chief 1.5" NPT ceiling plate or other accessory, making it part of a modular ceiling mounting system. The white finish is suited to white and light-colored ceiling environments. A black version is available as the Chief CMS060.
