The DFINB uses the same antenna element as the DFIN and DFINW, sharing identical RF performance. The distinction is the included mounting hardware: the DFINB ships with a black wall-mount bracket designed for permanent fixed installation on a wall surface. This makes it the right choice for houses of worship, conference rooms, and auditoriums where the antenna is to be permanently mounted and where the installation environment has dark walls or dark-finish AV hardware requirements.

Wall-mounting with the DFINB provides a cleaner installation than stand-mounting — no stand footprint on stage, no tripod visible in the room, and a more professional appearance for permanent venues. The antenna is pointed at the performance area from the wall-mount position, typically at stage wings or at the side of the room aimed toward the stage or presenter area.
