Product Overview
The Audio-Technica ATW-3212N/C710 is a network wireless handheld microphone system for presenters and performers in managed AV environments. It pairs the network-enabled ATW-R3210N receiver and ATW-T3202 handheld transmitter with the ATW-C710 cardioid condenser capsule. Operating in the 470–530 MHz (DE2) band as a frequency-agile UHF system, it adds remote monitoring and control for conference rooms, houses of worship, and auditoriums.
Product Description
This system extends the 3000 Series platform with network monitoring and control through Audio-Technica Wireless Manager software, so a technician can view RF, audio, battery, and frequency across many receivers from one workstation. The handheld transmitter ships with the ATW-C710 cardioid condenser capsule for clear vocal pickup.

The receiver scans and IR-syncs frequencies to the transmitter, and a backup frequency can be recalled if interference appears. A 60 MHz tuning range supports coordinating multiple channels across a facility. Because the ATW-C710 capsule is interchangeable, the handheld can be re-voiced over time.
For an earset-based network system, the ATW-3211N/892x shares the same network receiver. The half-rack receiver provides balanced XLR and unbalanced outputs for AV integration.
Key Features
- Network monitoring and control — The ATW-R3210N integrates with Audio-Technica Wireless Manager for remote RF, audio, battery, and frequency monitoring.
- ATW-C710 cardioid capsule — The included cardioid condenser capsule improves isolation of the desired source and can be swapped for other compatible capsules.
- Frequency-agile UHF with 60 MHz tuning — A wide 470–530 MHz tuning range supports dense multi-channel coordination across a facility.
- IR sync and backup frequency — Frequencies sync by infrared and a backup channel can be recalled instantly if interference occurs.
- Rack-mount receiver with balanced output — The half-rack receiver provides balanced XLR and unbalanced outputs for clean AV integration.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the network ('N') version add?
The network-enabled ATW-R3210N receiver can be monitored and controlled remotely via Audio-Technica Wireless Manager, which is valuable for multi-room and head-end managed installations.
Can the handheld capsule be changed?
Yes. The handheld ships with the ATW-C710 cardioid condenser capsule, which is interchangeable with other compatible Audio-Technica handheld capsules.
Which frequency band is this configuration?
DE2, tuning across 470–530 MHz. Confirm the band is clear and legal for wireless microphone use in your region before deployment.
Does the network port carry Dante audio?
The network connection is for monitoring and control, not Dante audio transport. Audio reaches your system through the receiver's analog outputs. Verify current capabilities against Audio-Technica documentation for your firmware.
Can it be rack-mounted?
Yes. The half-rack receiver mounts in a standard rack with appropriate hardware and feeds balanced audio to a DSP, mixer, or matrix.
What warranty and support apply?
Audio-Technica provides a limited warranty; refer to their current terms. Creation Networks supports warranty and integration questions on orders placed with us.
