A 7" LCD touchscreen with projected capacitive touch provides unlimited selection and initiation of announcements and messages in a GLOBALCOM.IP system, with alarm, fault, busy, and ready status LEDs for at-a-glance operation. The gooseneck microphone element is continuously supervised, so a failed mic is reported before it compromises an emergency page. The station runs on standard network infrastructure with redundant Ethernet ports and PoE power, and is optimized for AtlasIED GCK configuration software and the GLOBALCOM 116D controller.
