Product Description

The HD70W integrates a conventional cone loudspeaker with a 1-inch diameter voice coil, delivering reliable voice and music reproduction across a frequency range of 100 Hz to 10 kHz. The factory-mounted 70.7V transformer exhibits less than 1.5 dB of insertion loss and maintains a frequency response of ±1.5 dB across that same range, preserving audio quality throughout the 70V distribution line. Four power tap settings — 0.5, 1, 2, and 5 watts — provide installer flexibility for matching system power budgets across different zone sizes. With a 97 dB peak sensitivity and 105-degree dispersion angle, the HD70W achieves wide coverage from a single installation point, reducing the number of speakers required per zone. The speaker cone is constructed from treated paper for consistent frequency response and durability in commercial environments.
