ES-REDPSU places the RED-PSU unit under Adder's Elite Service program for a 1-year term, with coverage applying to the RED-PSU itself and excluding the individual plug-in PSU modules.
Under Elite Service, support requests are prioritized in the Adder queue and answered by manufacturer engineers 24/7, with a guaranteed engineer call-back outside business hours. If a fault cannot be resolved remotely, Adder's advance hardware replacement scheme ships a replacement within one business day, so a degraded power chassis can be swapped quickly rather than waiting on a return-and-repair cycle.
