It presents call information on a color display and supports wideband HD voice through the G.722 codec alongside G.711 and G.729AB for interoperability with hosted and on-premises SIP platforms. Poly NoiseBlockAI and Acoustic Fence suppress background and keyboard noise on the transmit path, keeping conversations intelligible in open offices. This bundle includes a power supply, and the phone also supports Power over Ethernet where available. IT teams provision and monitor the fleet through Poly Lens for consistent firmware and configuration. Its compact footprint fits reception desks, shared workstations, and everyday office positions.
