What does a typical AV consulting engagement include?
Every engagement includes a needs assessment, technology strategy recommendations, a detailed system design, single-line CAD drawings, functional system descriptions, a Bill of Materials, a scope of work, and construction administration support. The goal is a complete, buildable design, not a slide deck of ideas.
What happens in each phase of your consulting process?
We follow five phases. Consult and Discover covers stakeholder interviews and a needs assessment for each space. Design and Engineering produces the system design, acoustic modeling, and CAD drawings. Programming and Configuration covers DSP programming and Crestron or Q-SYS control. What documentation will we receive?
