Samsung LED installation kits and jigs are the tooling and hardware that assemble a direct view LED video wall — cabinet mounting kits, module alignment jigs, LED mount frames and service tools for The Wall, IER, IFJ and IWA series.

These are not optional extras

A dvLED wall does not arrive as a finished product. It arrives as cabinets, and the kits are what turn them into a flat, aligned, serviceable wall. Ordering the cabinets without the matching kit is the single most common omission on a first LED order.

C-Kit, D-Kit and M-Kit

Samsung splits the hardware three ways, and a wall usually needs all three:

• C-Kit — cabinet configuration hardware, sized to the array (5, 20, S12).
• D-Kit — distribution, covering power and data across the cabinets.
• M-Kit — module and mounting assembly.

The number in the kit name refers to the array configuration, not the cabinet count. Confirm the kit against your specific wall layout before ordering — a 20-cabinet wall and a 5-cabinet wall need different kits even at the same pixel pitch.

Jigs are how a wall gets flat

At fine pixel pitches, a module sitting a fraction of a millimetre proud of its neighbour is visible as a seam. Alignment jigs set that tolerance mechanically rather than by eye.

Service jigs do the opposite job — they let a single module be pulled and replaced from the front without disturbing the modules around it. On a wall that will be in service for years, that is the difference between a ten-minute repair and a half-day one.

The IWA curved installation jig handles concave and convex builds, where alignment tolerance matters even more because the eye follows the curve.

Buy the jigs with the wall

Installation jigs are reusable, so an integrator with an inventory may already hold them. But service jigs stay with the site — whoever maintains the wall needs them on hand, and sourcing one three years later against a superseded part number is avoidable pain.

What else the wall needs

Cabinets from Samsung dvLED or The Wall MicroLED, a controller or S-BOX from media players and controllers, and structural mounting.
