CoCon Voting integrates with the CoCon Discussion base module to add electronic voting functionality to any Plixus formal meeting setup. Operators configure voting sessions from the CoCon operator interface: setting voting mode (open, secret, majority, etc.), defining which participants are eligible to vote, establishing a voting timer, and selecting the number of voting options (2–5 for standard units; up to 10 for multimedia units). Each voting option can be assigned a distinct color for visual clarity during the vote and in results display. Voting results are recorded in the CoCon database, building an auditable record of all votes taken during the session. For rooms using CoCon Signage, voting results display automatically on signage screens at the conclusion of each vote.
