The IPD-CM62-BGM-II-WH incorporates a coaxial driver configuration that places the 1-inch silk dome tweeter at the acoustic center of the 6.5-inch woofer cone, enabling consistent off-axis performance and eliminating the phase issues common to two-way designs with separated drivers. SoundTube’s proprietary BroadBeam Ring™ technology further smooths the high-frequency response across the 10.5-inch cutout diameter, ensuring even coverage in rooms of any shape. A tuned port on the baffle extends bass response to 60 Hz (-10 dB), reducing the need for supplemental subwoofers in background music applications.
