Product Description

The IPD-RS62-EZ-WH features a 6.5-inch polypropylene cone coaxial driver with a butyl rubber surround and a co-located 1-inch silk dome tweeter enhanced by SoundTube’s BroadBeam Ring™ waveguide, which smooths high-frequency dispersion across the 105° coverage angle for consistent SPL and tonal balance throughout the listening area. Frequency response extends from 100 Hz to 20 kHz (±3 dB) with usable output to 80 Hz (-10 dB), and maximum program power handling of 64W enables a peak SPL of 104 dB at 1 meter. The injection-molded ABS enclosure with glass fiber reinforcement provides lasting durability in both indoor and outdoor-adjacent environments. The speaker may be hung on galvanized steel cables with the included hanging bracket for classic pendant installation, or mounted directly to conduit via the locking cover plate for a clean, architectural appearance. A powder-coated aluminum grille in white completes the low-profile aesthetic, blending seamlessly with white ceilings and tile. Power options include PoE or PoE+ (30W maximum with standard switches; 40W with STNet Switch II), or a 24V DC barrel connector for non-PoE installations. Q: What is the difference between the IPD-RS62-EZ-WH and the IPD-RS62-EZ-BK?
A: The two models are acoustically and electrically identical. The only difference is the enclosure and grille color: the WH model is white; the BK model is black. Choose based on your ceiling color and aesthetic requirements.

Q: Can the IPD-RS62-EZ-WH be surface-mounted instead of hung?
A: Yes. In addition to the included pendant hanging configuration, the speaker can be mounted directly to conduit via the included locking cover plate. An optional white surface mount bracket (AC-RS-SM5-WH) is also available.
