The Salamander SA/SFB/4 is a set of four Stiletto feet in black, a slim tapered leg that raises a Salamander cabinet off the floor on a stationary base. The black finish keeps the footing visually recessed beneath dark cabinet bodies.

Product Description

Lifting a cabinet on slim legs rather than grounding it on a plinth changes how the piece reads in a room: the floor runs continuously beneath it and a large credenza appears lighter than its actual mass. Black feet take that a step further by disappearing into the shadow under the cabinet rather than being read as a separate element.

Raising the base also keeps the cabinet clear of floor cleaning equipment and allows air to move underneath, which matters for enclosures with bottom ventilation.
