Boardrooms at this scale are almost always finish-led rooms, with existing oak or walnut paneling and joinery that the AV furniture has to sit within rather than against. Cisco Oak trim provides a warmer perimeter against the neutral Large Dove top than the tonal all-Dove option, which is why it is the more common boardroom specification.

All twelve seats sit on the Panorama arc at comparable distance and angle to the camera array — the geometry that lets remote participants read the whole room rather than just the people nearest the camera. Power and signal distribution route internally through the graphite pedestal, eliminating floor cabling across a large table.
