Poly Lens provides cloud-based device management, monitoring, and insights, and correct onboarding is the first step to using it. This service onboards up to three Poly devices to Poly Lens, with a Poly engineer registering the devices and configuring them for cloud management. It is available for Poly+, Poly+ Enterprise, or Elite customers as part of their entitlement. The engineer confirms each device checks in to Poly Lens and is ready for monitoring and management. It is intended for IT and AV teams beginning centralized management of Poly endpoints. See the service description for specific details on eligibility and scope.
