A Poly engineer performs the implementation and works to certify the deployment during the visit. If the customer is unable to certify during this first visit, another visit may be required and an additional PROJ5100102 return-trip service may need to be ordered. It is intended for defense, federal, and public-sector integrators deploying UC APL-compliant Poly infrastructure. Meeting JITC and UC APL requirements up front reduces accreditation delays and rework. This is a specialized professional service; scope and site readiness should be confirmed before scheduling.
