Product Description

Some infrastructure migrations require physical access to servers, secure facilities, or hands-on coordination that is best handled onsite. This service sends a Poly engineer to your location to migrate one Poly infrastructure application from an existing server to a new server during normal business hours. Travel and expenses are included in the service, simplifying budgeting for the onsite engagement. The engineer performs the application transfer, validates configuration, and confirms the application is operational on the new server. It is intended for IT and AV teams executing hardware refreshes, secure-site migrations, or data-center relocations of Poly conferencing infrastructure. Software upgrades are not included and must be purchased separately if a version change is also required. This service covers a single application; order additional quantities as needed.
