The DL-4USB-PHUB is part of Liberty AV's TeamUp+ series, built specifically for commercial conference room infrastructure rather than consumer desktop use. Each of the four downstream ports supports USB 3.0 data transfer at speeds up to 5 Gbps, with backward compatibility for USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 peripherals. The hub uses an external power supply rather than drawing power from the host connection, ensuring each downstream port can deliver up to 5V/1A — sufficient for cameras, speakerphones, and other powered USB devices even when no computer is connected.
The charging circuitry supports USB-IF BC 1.2, allowing compatible devices to draw up to 1.5A for faster charging rather than the standard 0.9A. The hub is Gen USB 3.1 compliant and supports SuperSpeed (SS), HighSpeed (HS), FullSpeed (FS), and LowSpeed (LS) traffic across its downstream ports.
