Product Overview
The Kramer TP-580R is a long-reach HDBaseT receiver for 4K@60Hz (4:2:0) HDMI, bidirectional RS-232, and IR signals, receiving an HDBaseT signal from a compatible transmitter and converting it back to HDMI at the display end. It pairs primarily with the Kramer TP-580T transmitter but is compatible with any HDBaseT-certified transmitter. AV integrators install the TP-580R at the display location in conference rooms, classrooms, and auditoriums to terminate a Cat cable run from the equipment rack or presenter position, providing a clean HDMI output to the connected display alongside bidirectional RS-232 and IR for display control from the source end. DigiTOOLS form factor allows three units to rack-mount side-by-side in 1U.
