Crestron TSW-UMB-570P-PMK – Preconstruction Mounting Kit for TSW-57...
Product Overview
The Crestron TSW-UMB-570P-PMK is a preconstruction mounting kit for the Crestron TSW-570P touch screen panel installed in portrait orientation. This kit is used during new construction or renovation to establish the wall cutout, conduit stub-out, and electrical box position before drywall is installed, ensuring precise and clean final installation of the TSW-570P panel.
Product Description
Preconstruction mounting kits are standard practice in professional AV installations for in-wall touch panels. The TSW-570P is a 5-inch Crestron touch screen used for room control, scheduling, and AV system management. Installing a preconstruction mounting kit before drywall allows the AV installer to set the precise location, provide the correct cutout, and rough-in the wiring and conduit without the risk of alignment errors after wall finishing. The portrait orientation version is used when the TSW-570P will be installed vertically. This kit simplifies the final touch panel installation by providing a pre-set housing that the TSW-570P drops into, reducing installation time and ensuring a clean, finished appearance.
