The Crestron SW-XIOC-S is an XiO Cloud support license that adds support and monitoring functionality for devices in a room, billed per room per month. This XiO Cloud support license is an add-on to the Endpoint Management license, extending monitoring and alerting to all devices in a room, including third-party devices. It enables IT and AV teams to provision, monitor, and manage Crestron deployments from the cloud.
Product Description
XiO Cloud lets enterprises provision, monitor, and manage Crestron devices across virtual rooms and desks that represent their physical spaces. The SW-XIOC-S Support license builds on the Endpoint Management license to provide support and monitoring for every device in a room, including the ability to monitor and receive alerts for third-party devices. One SW-XIOC-S Support license is required per room to monitor third-party devices and receive alerts.
XiO Cloud uses a direct device-to-cloud connection through the Microsoft Azure IoT Hub and requires no additional hardware and no special network ports or permissions to deploy. It communicates with devices in real time in both directions, supporting remote monitoring and management across large, distributed AV estates.
