Product Description
The DMPS3-4K-350-C and DMPS3-4K-250-C presentation switchers include integrated AirMedia functionality that requires a purchased license to enable. The SW-DMPS3-AIRMEDIA license activates that AirMedia gateway, allowing wireless presentation of content from computers and mobile devices directly through the switcher. Rooms equipped with the factory AirMedia variants, the DMPS3-4K-350-C-AIRMEDIA and DMPS3-4K-250-C-AIRMEDIA, already include this functionality and do not require a separate license.
This license is the appropriate add-on when a base DMPS3-4K switcher is already installed in a presentation or huddle space and the customer wants to add cable-free BYOD content sharing. Because it is a software license, activation is performed against the existing switcher rather than installing new hardware.
