Product Description

Every Cresnet-bus device — keypad, occupancy sensor, lighting controller, shade motor — draws power from the 24VDC Cresnet bus in addition to using the bus for data communication. The DIN-AP4 processor provides a limited onboard Cresnet power budget; large installations with many Cresnet devices can exceed this budget, causing devices to under-power or fail to operate reliably. The DIN-PWS60 resolves this by adding 60W of supplemental Cresnet 24VDC power to the bus, enabling the full DIN rail system to power larger numbers of Cresnet peripherals within the building automation enclosure. The DIN rail form factor integrates cleanly into the DIN-EN-6X18 enclosure alongside the DIN-AP4 and all other DIN rail modules, using the same Cresnet wiring infrastructure as the rest of the system without additional power supply enclosures or separate electrical circuits.
