The C2G CG60007 100ft RapidRun Multi-Format Runner Cable — CMG-Rated is a multi-signal in-wall runner cable for permanent AV installation in educational and institutional environments. RapidRun cables use a pre-terminated breakaway flying lead system that connects to RapidRun wall plates and face plates, enabling flexible, high-quality signal connections for PC video, 3.5mm stereo audio, USB, and composite video without field terminations. CMG-rated for in-wall installation in non-plenum environments.
Product Description
RapidRun is C2G's proprietary system for permanent AV infrastructure cabling in institutional environments. The runner cable runs inside the wall from the AV equipment location to the wall plate, where the breakaway flying leads connect to the appropriate RapidRun face plate or wall plate for the application. No field termination is required at the wall plate — the pre-terminated breakaway connectors snap into the plate directly. This system supports PC video (VGA/SVGA), 3.5mm stereo audio, USB, and RCA composite video over the same multi-conductor runner cable, covering the range of sources common in education and institutional AV.
