It auto-detects the input, re-clocks it, and its eight outputs automatically match the SDI input format — a straightforward way to distribute an SDI signal throughout a facility or truck.
Product Description
The Mini Converter SDI Distribution takes one SDI input, auto-switching between SD, HD, and 3G-SDI, and feeds eight re-clocked outputs that each match the input format. It supports all standard SDI transmission features, including embedded audio, ancillary data, and the 3 Gb/s rate that accommodates video formats up to 1080p and 2K progressive. It also handles ASI signals — asynchronous streams carrying multiple compressed programs at varying transmission speeds. A 12V universal power supply is included.
