The ALC-404D provides the signal routing, zone switching, DSP processing, protective limiting, remote monitoring and amplification needed between a mixer and the loudspeakers in virtually any Community Professional Loudspeakers application. Standard Ethernet protocols allow fast system design, control and remote monitoring, and analog and Dante inputs are included for integration into new or existing systems. Total available power can be distributed asymmetrically across the outputs in any combination of low-impedance and 70V/100V loads, in single-ended or bridged configurations, with each output individually monitored and automatically limited to safe operating ranges. In-depth control and monitoring is accomplished via ArmoníaPlus System Manager Software from a remote, decentralized location, and the unit can be trusted in mission-critical applications such as fire-alarm systems thanks to a power supply that operates reliably even on a UPS, plus per-channel, user-assignable fault-indicating GPIO connectors. Community-authored loudspeaker presets include equalization, high-pass filters and multi-stage limiters tailored to each model.
