Product Description
The AS-120-592 is part of the Atlas Sound AS-120 wall mount shelf series, built to support amplifiers and electronic equipment in locations where floor-standing racks or full rack enclosures are not practical. The 16-gauge cold-rolled steel construction provides a welded, rigid shelf platform that supports the weight of commercial amplifiers and AV processors without flex. Keyhole mounting slots are incorporated into the rear of the shelf, simplifying attachment to 16" on-center wall studs—a standard framing interval in commercial construction. Wire access holes in the shelf base provide a managed pathway for power and signal cables, keeping installations clean and reducing cable strain at equipment connections. The shelf may be mounted in the standard orientation with side supports framing the equipment, or inverted in a “bookshelf style” configuration for open equipment placement without side constraints. At 20" wide and 12.5" deep, the shelf accommodates most standard rack-mount and non-rack-mount commercial audio components.
