Accepted Payment Methods

Creation Networks offers various payment options to make it easier for you to get the hardware you need. Most major credit cards, government purchase cards, wire transfers, and cash are accepted. Additionally, we offer terms for government and federal accounts.

Credit Cards: We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, ApplePay, and American Express cards issued in the U.S.
(We are not able to accept international (non-U.S.) cards at this time)

  • For your protection, we ship only to the billing address of the cardholder's speech that the credit card issuer verifies when.

  • Credit card payments are processed immediately at the time an order is processed, not upon shipment.

Checks & Money Orders: Accepted on phone or in person orders only. Orders will be processed and held pending bank verification. Please be aware that this process can take up to 5 days.

Electronic Funds or Bank Wire Transfer:

You can request our Electronic Funds Wire Transfer information at the payment stage of the checkout process. Once processed, you will be emailed our full bank details. Once full payment is received, your order will be processed. wire transfers can take from 24 to 72 hours to process.

Credit Terms: Businesses that have been verified through our credit bureau approval process are eligible to purchase on credit, payable up to net 30 days from the invoice date. Please call Finance at 888-230-3661 x205 to begin our credit approval process.

How long does it take to get approved for Net 30 terms?

 

Normally the process takes about 7-10 business days depending on how quickly your references get back to us. If the order must be processed immediately, you can pay for the first order with another method of payment, such as a credit card. If items are backordered, we can order the units and ship after we have received notification that the Net 30 terms have been approved or another form of payment is used instead.

I sent over a PO, when will I get confirmation?

 

Thank you for your purchase order! You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your Sales Order has been processed. Once you receive an email containing your sales order number, you can log onto our website to check the status.

I am a Net 30 customer with terms.
Do I need to send a physical Purchase Order?

 

Yes. Company Policy states you must email in a Purchase Order. This policy is in place to protect both our customers and us from any discrepancies. Including a PO confirms what is being ordered, the price of the item(s) you are ordering, and where you would like the item(s) shipped.
