Start with seat count and whether delegates are fixed or flexible. Wired units suit permanent chambers where positions do not change; wireless suits rooms that reconfigure or heritage buildings where cabling is restricted.

Wireless systems need access point coverage planned like any RF deployment — unit count per access point, and channel coordination against existing wireless in the building. That is a design exercise, not a product choice.
