This service provides advanced onsite installation of one Poly video solution outside normal business hours, delivered by a Poly engineer at your location. The engineer installs, cables, configures, and validates the room system, with focus defined by a Consulting Effort and Schedule Agreement. It is intended for integrators and IT teams deploying advanced or high-visibility rooms that must avoid business-hours disruption. Pricing is per eligible system, so quantity matches the number of rooms. Travel and expenses are excluded and budgeted separately. After-hours delivery protects room availability during the workday.
