Customer is having issues with the AMX touch panels that are located at the entry of the ballroom not being responsive. Also, the password does not work to get into the touch panel located in the crow’s nest (control room). If you power cycle the NX-3200 the password will work. The possible problem maybe with the network controller, which is a AMX Netlinx NX-3200.
Creative Networks to troubleshoot and resolve or determine if equipment may need to be replaced or returned to the manufacture for repair.
Software (AMX programming) will need to be made available to Creative Networks before a technician is sent to site. Any changes that may be needed to the programming is not included in this estimate.
