Product Overview
The Gator G-PRO-6U-13 is a 6U molded rack case from the Pro-Series line, built for touring and rental AV racks that take hard handling. The roto-molded polyethylene shell mounts six rack units of processors and interface gear on threaded front and rear rails at a 13" rackable depth. It targets integrators and production techs who need a mil-grade rack-mount enclosure for short-chassis equipment. Penn-Elcom recessed steel twist latches and full-size lids make it a durable transport rack case.
Product Description
The G-PRO-6U-13 uses a roto-molded polyethylene design engineered for repeated load-ins and rough transport. Its 13" rackable depth fits short-chassis gear, and full-size front and rear lids open completely for cabling access. Threaded front and rear rack rails are included with heat-treated 10/32 screws and protective washers, so equipment mounts securely at both ends. Penn-Elcom recessed steel twist latches sit flush in the shell to resist snagging, and molded-in ergonomic side handles aid two-person lifts of the 16.6 lb case. A stackable outer case design with non-slip rubber feet keeps multiple racks stable in storage. This model is made in the USA.
