From the I SERIES Subwoofer 800 family, this compact direct-radiating sub-bass loudspeaker delivers deep bass for houses of worship, auditoriums, and themed entertainment venues. Its weatherproof PolyGlas construction makes it a strong choice for permanent outdoor sound systems.
Product Description
The IS8-115WR is a compact, direct-radiating single 15-inch subwoofer with large, balanced ports that provide optimal enclosure tuning and even air pressure distribution to the driver cone, reducing distortion and extending system longevity. FEA-optimized linear suspensions and a high-flux neodymium motor with long linear excursion deliver exceptionally deep bass for the enclosure size. The I SERIES Subwoofer 800 range provides modular flexibility and matching face widths and suspension points for seamless integration into flown arrays with I SERIES full-range models when additional LF extension is needed but a compact appearance is required. The weather-resistant 15 mm PolyGlas enclosure with grey exterior-rated coating and powder-coated marine-grade aluminum grille withstands outdoor environments.
