The NE24.24M 8X8 provides 8 balanced analog inputs and 8 balanced analog outputs with the full Protea DSP library available on each channel. Each expansion card in the chassis carries its own individual DSP processor, providing dedicated processing resources for each group of 4 channels added beyond the 4x4 base configuration. Matrixing allows any input to be routed to any output with individual level control at each routing point, enabling flexible multi-zone audio distribution. The Protea DSP library includes variable-Q graphic and parametric EQ, high-order crossover filters (Butterworth, Bessel, Linkwitz-Riley, and Notched-Linkwitz-Riley), advanced automatic feedback suppression, autolevelers, compressors, matrix duckers, limiters, frequency-keyed noise gates, and delay up to 1365ms per channel. Input and output levels are viewable in dBu for accurate calibration. Euroblock connectors on all audio I/O, preset recall inputs, and DC remote level control support wall remote and room automation integration.
