Product Description

The CeilingMIC eliminates table clutter with a ceiling-mounted pendant design. A single Cat-5 cable between the CeilingMIC interface box and the EasyMIC port on compatible Vaddio equipment carries power, control, and audio — no separate power supply at the ceiling position. The interface box supports cable runs up to 100 ft (30m) from the host device. The 36-inch adjustable drop pendant cable can be extended to a total of 15 ft (4.6m) from the interface box via a standard RJ45 connection, allowing adjustment for ceiling height.

Each CeilingMIC contains three unidirectional cardioid microphone elements in a cloth-wrapped pendant enclosure providing 360-degree room coverage. Supported AEC modes include both referenced and non-referenced AEC, providing flexibility for installation environments. An LED mute status indicator on the microphone head provides visual feedback to room participants. The two-piece trim plate can be installed after the rest of the installation is complete for cleaner installation sequencing.
