The Blackmagic Design Pocket Cinema Camera 6K Pro is a Super 35 handheld digital film camera with a Canon EF mount, built-in motorized ND filters (clear/2/4/6 stop), a bright tilting 1500-nit HDR LCD, and a larger battery. It records 6K up to 6144×3456 in Blackmagic RAW and ProRes with 13 stops of dynamic range and dual native ISO to 25,600, and supports an optional EVF.
Product Description
The 6K Pro builds on the Pocket Cinema line with the features serious shooters ask for. Its 23.1×12.99mm Super 35 CMOS sensor (21.2MP effective, 6144×3456) delivers 13 stops of dynamic range and dual native ISO of 400 and 3200 (to 25,600) for clean images from bright sun to near-dark. Built-in motorized IR ND filters at 2, 4, and 6 stops, controlled from the rear of the body, add latitude under harsh light, while the 5" tilting 1500-nit HDR touchscreen stays usable outdoors. A lightweight carbon-fiber polycarbonate body houses a multifunction handgrip with fingertip ISO, white balance, shutter, and iris controls. It records to SD UHS-II and CFast 2.0 cards or external drives over USB-C, with dual mini-XLR inputs (+48V phantom), a full-size HDMI output, Bluetooth control, and Generation 5 Color Science. DaVinci Resolve Studio is included.
