Advanced Built-on Camera System
The MeetingBoard Pro is equipped with a triple 50MP camera system featuring telephoto and wide-angle lenses ensuring high-resolution imaging across different focal lengths. With a dedicated AI video processor, MeetingBoard Pro supports auto framing, speaker tracking, Picture-in-Picture (PIP), IntelliFocus, video fence, and audio fence. All camera AI features are seamless, with fast tracking, ensuring a smooth overall meeting experience. Additionally, it features a built-in automatic physical privacy shutter that blocks the camera when not in use, ensuring privacy protection for users.
IntelliFocus & Video Fence
IntelliFocus displays close-ups of the last active speakers separately, and also provides a panoramic view of all participants at the bottom of the screen, allowing more participants to appear on the screen and engage fully with the other party, thereby making the meeting more realistic. The Video Fence feature enables users to create virtual meeting spaces in semi-open environments, preventing non-participants from being mistakenly tracked.

MeetingBoard Pro supports wireless and wired expansion microphones, external PTZ cameras like the MB-12X Pro, touch panels, movable stands, and 4K wireless presentation pods, providing a complete meeting room solution for different meeting needs.

Intelligent Whiteboard Functionality
MeetingBoard Pro supports dual-person simultaneous writing, as well as one writing while the other erases, without interfering with each other, significantly improving meeting efficiency. Palm rejection ensures clean, clear content. With the four-level stylus, users can experience fluid interactivity, with pen tips for writing, pen tails for erasing, and the simulation of a paper-like experience. It also supports gesture controls for drawing and palm erasing. Additionally, intelligent charts, shapes, image insertions, and sticky notes make discussions more dynamic.
AI Enhanced Microphone
The built-in array of 16 microphones and stereo speakers with a dedicated AI audio processing chip ensures excellent sound pickup, noise cancellation, and reverberation. It supports 40-foot full-duplex calls covering every corner of the conference room. Intelligent noise cancellation of sounds such as keyboard typing, door opening/closing, chair dragging, and noise reverberation (especially in rooms with glass walls), help reduce distractions and keep communication focused. MeetingBoard Pro also supports external microphones, including desktop microphones (wired and wireless), and ceiling microphones for extended pickup range, covering larger areas.
