1. Before purchasing DJI Care Enterprise Plus Renew, please make sure that the DJI Care Enterprise Plus bound to your product is still within the validity period, and that the coverage amount remaining is at least 30% (excluding the shared amount).

2. To ensure normal service, DJI Care Enterprise Plus Renew and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region, and the service is only available in the country or region where the DJI Care Enterprise Plus Renew was purchased.

3. When damage occurs, you can send the affected product and components to the DJI Repair Center for testing. If the damage is within the coverage range, the system will deduct the amount according to the test result.

NOTE: In order to be eligible for Care Enterprise Plus Renew, your Care Plus coverage must not be expired, and you must have at least one replacement left under the original plan.
