This eyecup attaches to Blackmagic’s Pocket Camera EVF, providing a cushioned barrier that blocks stray light and improves eye comfort during long shoots. It’s a simple yet effective way to reduce eye strain and improve visibility of the EVF in bright environments. That said, if you’re not using the EVF regularly or shoot mostly with external monitors, it’s probably an unnecessary add-on.
