The Panasonic TH-43EQ2W 42.5" 4K Digital Signage Display boasts 500 nits of brightness and 25% haze anti-glare panel for easy visibility in conference or classrooms. Designed for 18 hours of operation per day, this display supports portrait and landscape orientation for easy deployment. The 4K UHD resolution ensures ample detail, while support for the Intel SDM standard allows for worry-free connectivity and easy expansion.

Bring fluid visuals to your audience with an 8 ms (GtG) response time and 60 Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the 42.5" IPS-Type ADS panel features a native resolution of 3840 x 2160 with 1.07 billion colors and a 1200:1 static contrast ratio for accurate and crisp colors. Connect to wired accessories and peripherals via two USB-A ports and a USB-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode and up to 60W of power delivery; three HDMI ports allow you to connect to multiple inputs. Dual 10W speakers provide onboard audio, while 3.5mm jacks enable connections to dedicated audio components.

High Visibility, Easy Installation

With 500 cd/m² brightness and high haze value panels to suppress the reflected glare of bright light, the EQ2 Series is ideal for conference rooms, classrooms, and open spaces such as receptions and shopping malls. The ability to position the display in portrait or landscape mode, with up to a 20-degree tilt angle and 18 hours continuous operation also makes the Series perfect for information display.

Easy Scalability and Integration

Equipped with three HDMI connectors, this display can connect to multiple inputs, while support for the Intel SDM specification slot standard allows increased collaboration in meetings or classrooms via a compatible Smart Display Module, available separately. Interface with a wide range of external devices according to your usage environment via USB-A and C ports, as well as RS232 serial and 15-pin D-SUB PC connectors for connecting to legacy equipment.

Enhanced Communication

This display features a built-in whiteboard function to annotate the display screen and zoom in and out using a mouse. USB devices can be connected to the display via a USB Type-A cable and controlled using a computer connected to the TH-43EQ2W via the USB Type-C port. If a camera or speakerphone is permanently connected to the display in a conference room, a user can plug in their computer and immediately control the device to start the meeting.

Flexible Installation

Installing in horizontal or portrait orientation, the TH-43EQ2W is designed for flexible installation everywhere from huddle rooms to conference spaces. It also supports installation with a forward and backward tilt of up to 20°, so it can be wall-mounted or tilted to a comfortable viewing angle.

Intel SDM Support

The EQ2 Series is equipped with an Intel SDM slot interface that supports 4K signals. It can be used with the receiver board version of Panasonic's wireless presentation system PressIT or with third-party terminal boards such as 12G-SDI and DIGITAL LINK. Please note, all boards are available separately.

USB-C Connectivity

Use the USB-C port to transfer data, 4K video, and up to 60W of power, all via a single cable. Please note, connected devices must support DisplayPort Alt Mode and PD protocols to transfer video or benefit from power delivery.

LAN Control Ready

The EQ2 Series can be controlled by LAN or RS-232C. You can configure the display into your existing control system and control several devices simultaneously. It also supports AMX or Crestron Connected LAN control.

Compatible with Screen Transfer 2.3 Software

Distribute talks from the headmaster or teacher and the status of in-house training to multiple classrooms and conference rooms and confirm the distribution status from a computer. By using the priority distribution function, you can distribute images out of order or by automatically turning the power on, enabling you to distribute messages during an emergency. Up to 64 displays are supported with screen transfer functionality.

Write It Out

The EQ2 Series is equipped with a whiteboard function. By setting the USB receiver of the mouse on the display, you can use the mouse to write on the display screen and zoom in and out for more efficient and streamlined meetings and presentations.

USB Pass-Through Functionality

USB devices can be connected to the display via a USB-A cable and controlled using a computer connected to the EQ2 via the USB-C port. If a camera or speakerphone is permanently connected to the display in a conference room, a user can just plug in their computer and immediately control the device to start the meeting.

Dynamic Signage with Portrait Zoom

Split the content from image sources and enlarge the display in portrait orientation for dynamic visuals. Create content from various images without the need for special devices or a processor. Placing multiple displays in portrait orientation for even larger and more dynamic signage areas.

Please note, picture quality may be degraded when the image is enlarged.

Built-In USB Media Player

Save content to a USB flash drive and plug it into the TH-43EQ2W to begin automatic playback. The native 4K resolution ensures detailed imaging for high-resolution content without letterboxing. Plus, switch content and control multiple displays via a LAN connection.

Please note, if it is difficult to insert a USB flash drive due to installation conditions, using a commercially available extension cable is recommended. Due to restrictions, some files cannot be played back even if they are in a supported format. Additionally, Multi Monitor and Control Software is required for content switching and control of multiple displays.

HDMI CEC Support

HDMI CEC-compatible devices can be connected to the display via an HDMI cable. This enables basic operation of compatible devices, including powering them on or off, all using the display's remote control.

Please note, the control of all devices cannot be guaranteed.

Multi Monitoring and Control Software

Expand functionality with Multi Monitoring and Control Software. Optimize performance with automatic searching for map displays and registered devices. Displays and peripheral equipment on the intranet can be controlled and their status can be monitored. For improved maintenance, error notification and error indication can be detected by an indication monitoring function, available separately.

Failover and Failback Safeguards

If the main video and audio signals are interrupted, the system immediately switches to alternative signals. If the main signals are restored, the original image is displayed. This functionality makes the TH-43EQ2W ideal for mission critical control rooms and surveillance centers.

Please note, the usable combinations of main and backup signals are limited.

SNMP Version 1 to 3 Compatible

Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) can be used with network devices and network surveillance, and SNMP Version 3 is widely used in situations where strict security is required, including courtrooms and financial applications.

Integrated 10W Speakers

The display unit has two built-in 10W speakers so it can play back content with sound without the connection of external speakers. This allows maximum use of a limited space for the installation of a large-screen display.
