The FR-AV2's lightweight fiberglass enclosure is designed for use with camera rigs. The vibrant 2" color LCD display maximizes visibility and operability when shooting outdoors. Fine-tune your sound before capture with the onboard low-cut filter, compressor, limiter, and noise gate. Up to 512GB of audio is recorded to a microSDXC card, at rates up to 192 kHz. The unit can also function as a 2-in / 2-out USB-C audio interface for Mac/Windows computers and iOS devices, enabling you to track professional-grade audio with timecode to your iPhone/iPad rig using a USB-C cable. The FR-AV2 can be powered via three AA batteries, USB bus power, or with an AC adapter (available separately).
The TASCAM FR-AV2 is a compact and comprehensive audio recording solution for videographers, combining enhanced 32-bit float point recording with built-in timecode generation to greatly improve efficiency.
