JBL VTX A12 BP – Base Plate for Ground Stacking
The JBL VTX A12 BP Base Plate is a rugged, lightweight adapter system that enables secure ground stacking of VTX A12 line array enclosures. Designed with flexibility in mind, the two-part base plate attaches directly to the top-mounted M20 threaded plates of the VTX B28 subwoofer or to other compatible support structures such as stages, scaffolding, or carts.
Featuring a rear angle selection bar, the A12 BP allows precise tilt adjustment from -15° to +5°, ensuring accurate coverage in ground-stacked configurations. When not paired with B28 subwoofers, the built-in M10 through-holes provide additional options for securely attaching arrays to alternative support structures.
Constructed from high-grade steel with a durable black powder-coat finish, the A12 BP combines strength with portability, weighing just 7.4 kg (16.3 lbs). JBL’s LAC-3 prediction software should always be used to verify load conditions and configurations for safe deployment.
