The JBL Intellivox DS430 is a self-powered, digitally controlled column loudspeaker designed for professional environments requiring precise speech intelligibility and wide, even sound coverage. As the second tallest model in the DS series, the DS430 is capable of covering distances up to 50 meters while maintaining consistent sound pressure levels, making it ideal for lecture halls, theatres, large conference facilities, atriums, museums, and places of worship.

The speaker features seventeen 4” full-range drivers powered by a sixteen-channel Class-D amplifier with a sophisticated switched-mode power supply. Its patented driver arrangement provides optimal horizontal coverage and enhanced low-frequency control. Digitally steerable vertical beam shaping (DDS technology) allows precise targeting of the audience while minimizing reflections, ensuring clarity even in highly reverberant spaces.

Integrated DSP offers full control over vertical beam shaping, equalization, and audio processing, with dual line inputs, volume control, and up to 20 seconds of delay. For full-range applications, the DS430 can be paired with JBL subwoofers, delivering high-fidelity performance across the entire audible spectrum.
