Connect Room Manager handles the server-side functions of a Visix Connect room sign deployment: it authenticates to the connected calendar system (Exchange, Office 365, Google Calendar, EMS, or CollegeNET), retrieves schedule data, and distributes it to all registered Connect signs on the network. Administrators use the console to customize sign appearance — backgrounds, fonts, colors, logos — and apply layouts to individual signs or groups. The software also manages the sign's on-screen booking settings, PIN protection configuration, and resource icon definitions. Connect Room Manager is licensed per deployment rather than per sign, so a single installation can manage multiple Connect panels.
