The HuddleSHOT eliminates the need to separately source a camera, microphone, and speaker for a huddle room. The 125° ultra-wide field of view means everyone seated at a small conference table or huddle room couch is captured without the camera operator needing to zoom out — useful in spaces where participants sit close to the camera. The integrated microphones pick up participant voices at up to 12 feet, covering most huddle space configurations without extension microphones. For larger huddle spaces, the TableMIC extension microphone (sold separately) can expand audio coverage.

Two 10W speaker drivers deliver full-bodied stereo audio for far-end participants, eliminating the need for a separate room speaker. The device connects via USB 3.0 and is powered via PoE+, so the installation requires only a Cat-5e or Cat-6 cable to the network switch and a USB cable to the room PC. A Bluetooth remote control allows adjusting camera presets and audio settings without touching the conferencing PC.
