Product Overview
The Shure PGA48-XLR is a cardioid dynamic vocal microphone supplied with a balanced XLR-to-XLR cable for direct connection to mixers and AV racks. Its cardioid pattern captures the talker while rejecting off-axis noise, and an on/off switch gives presenters local control. For conference rooms and presentation systems that run balanced XLR audio, this handheld dynamic vocal microphone is ready to deploy out of the box.
Product Description
The PGA48 delivers tailored sound for speech and vocals across a 70 to 15,000 Hz frequency response. The cardioid polar pattern improves gain-before-feedback and isolates the source in conference rooms, training spaces, and multi-purpose rooms. The included balanced XLR-to-XLR cable connects directly to mixers, wall plates, and AV input panels for clean, low-noise runs. A discrete on/off switch lets presenters mute locally without reaching the mixer, and a swivel stand adapter and zipper pouch are included. For connection to a 1/4 in. input, choose the PGA48-QTR, or specify your own cable with the PGA48-LC.
