Product Overview
The RGB Spectrum Galileo GO 40 is a PC-based video wall processor for command centers, control rooms, and high-density visualization environments that need to display analog, digital, web, and IP-based sources across a single multi-screen surface. Housed in a 4RU chassis supporting up to 40 outputs, this IP-enabled video wall processor drives a unified video wall or independent displays, with any source scaled to any window. Native integration with the RGB Spectrum Zio AV-over-IP platform means encoded sources are discovered automatically and Galileo output can be streamed to decoders, smart displays, or mobile devices. It suits AV designers specifying a high-capacity 4K video wall system for government, security, and enterprise control-room deployments.
Product Description
The Galileo GO 40 pairs the openness of a PC architecture with the real-time performance commercial AV control rooms demand, delivering multi-window processing without dropped frames or image tearing. Operators drag and drop inputs and native applications such as VMS, SCADA, and videoconferencing directly onto the video wall, and an API supports scripted layout recall, remote alarm monitoring, and control of third-party equipment. The GO IP4K-E input/output card lets any content be encoded as an IP stream and pushed across the network, so a full wall mimic, a selected region of interest, or a baseband source not shown on the wall can be monitored remotely. That makes the processor a fit for multi-site command-and-control operations where staff need eyes on the wall from another room, another building, or a mobile device.

With NVMe SSD storage and dual-redundant, hot-swappable power supplies, the GO 40 is engineered for 24/7 reliability in mission-critical settings. Because input and output channel counts depend on chassis size and the installed card configuration, integrators can specify the exact I/O mix a project needs and expand later. Key Features
- High-capacity output — The 4RU chassis supports up to 40 outputs, allowing one processor to drive a large video wall or many independent displays.
- Any content anywhere — Analog, digital, web browser, and IP-based sources can be placed in scalable windows anywhere on the display surface.
- Native Zio AV-over-IP integration — Zio-encoded streams are discovered automatically and listed as Galileo sources, and Galileo output can be sent into the Zio ecosystem.
- IP stream encoding — The GO IP4K-E card encodes any source, region of interest, or full wall mimic as an IP stream for distribution across the network.
- 4K/UHD IP decoding — The processor decodes H.264 IP streams up to 3840x2160 at 60 Hz for live motion video on the wall.
- HDCP support — Protected content is handled in compliance with HDCP, so copyrighted sources display correctly.
- Redundant power and NVMe storage — Dual-redundant, hot-swappable power supplies and a 1 TB NVMe SSD with RAID option support continuous 24/7 operation.
- Scripting and remote control — An API and powerful remote desktop technology let operators recall layouts, monitor alarms, and control third-party systems.
Typical Applications
- Command and control centers — Security operations centers, emergency operations centers, and utility or transportation monitoring rooms.
- Government spaces — Agency operations rooms and secure facilities requiring HDCP-protected multi-source display.
- Broadcast studios — Multi-source monitoring walls for production and master-control environments.
- Corporate boardrooms and all-hands rooms — Large lobby and meeting-space video walls for live data and presentations.
- Digital signage — Large-scale commercial signage walls driven from a single processor.

Frequently Asked Questions
What sources and displays is the GO 40 compatible with?
It accepts analog, DVI, HDMI, DisplayPort, 3G/HD/12G-SDI, and H.264 IP streams up to 3840x2160 at 60 Hz, and drives HDMI, DisplayPort, DVI, and IP outputs, so it integrates with most commercial displays and LCD video wall arrays.
How is it mounted and installed?
The GO 40 ships in a 7.0 x 17.2 x 29.0 in chassis weighing 65 lbs, designed for standard 19-inch equipment racks in a control room or AV rack closet. Our team can help plan rack space, power, and cooling for your install.
How does it fit into an existing AV-over-IP system?
The processor is natively integrated with the RGB Spectrum Zio platform: Zio-encoded sources appear automatically as Galileo sources, and Galileo output can be encoded and streamed to Zio decoders, smart displays, or the Zio mobile app for remote monitoring.
Does the price include input and output cards?
No. The listed price is for the chassis only. The number of input and output channels depends on chassis size and your configuration, so I/O cards such as the GO IP4K-E are specified separately. Contact us for a configured quote.
