Sprint Support is the entry-tier NETGEAR support with next-business-day response. Support is licensed to a specific chassis, so the model selected here must match the switch it will be registered against — a contract bought for one model cannot be transferred to another.
Longer terms carry a lower effective annual cost, and buying the term up front avoids a renewal gap. Support must normally be attached within a defined window of the hardware purchase; confirm eligibility before ordering against equipment already in service.
