Product Description

Neat Pad gives AV integrators a single device for two common room roles. Inside the room, it acts as the touch controller for a Neat Bar, Bar 2, or Bar Pro, letting people start meetings, mute, adjust the camera, and share content. Mounted outside the room on its glass or wall mount, it becomes a scheduling display that shows real-time room availability and booking status, with side LED indicators that signal whether a space is free or in use at a glance.

The 8-inch 1280 × 800 touchscreen carries an anti-glare, anti-smudge coating and an ambient light sensor for readability. Because Neat houses the air-quality, temperature, humidity, CO2, and VOC sensors in the Pad rather than the video device, readings stay accurate without interference from display heat, and the data reports through Neat Pulse for facilities and IT teams. Power and data run over a single PoE (802.3af) Ethernet connection, simplifying cabling for both controller and scheduling installations, with an optional AC adapter available.

Neat Pad is required for Neat Bar, Bar 2, and Bar Pro setups and is an optional controller or scheduling display for the Neat Board and Neat Board Pro.
